As an ABO certified Optician with 20+ years of experience in the optical industry, Kelly knows what is needed to support customers. Her background ranges from front facing opticianry, multi-location optical office management, and large volume wholesale eyewear manufacturing. She is passionate about customer service and prioritizes creating and maintaining long lasting relationships. As Optical Operations Director Kelly defines success as a quality product produced by employees empowered to do the work they love.
With almost eight years in retail optical sales and seven years in optical customer service, Frances has the experience needed to offer appropriate product solutions. Her history managing our customer experience from ordering through fulfillment allows her to answer questions about options, timing, the latest technology in lens manufacturing, and costs. Frances believes strong partnerships are critical to the success of any organization.
Ken Mullins came to work at our parent organization IFB Solutions after his vision started to deteriorate. Quickly proving himself by exhibiting an attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, it did not take long for him to become essential to day-to-day lab operations and production planning. Ken values his team and does an outstanding job motivating those around him.
Twenty years of experience in the optical industry prepared Andy for his role as Quality Assurance Manager. Raised in North Carolina to appreciate hard work and dedication, Andy ensures our optical lab remains dedicated to providing quality products made to the meet the unique vision needs of each patient.
Beginning at a finishing lab in 2002, Calvin’s nineteen-year optical career has spanned retail, optical manufacturing, and management. As the Customer Service Manager at Twenty200 Optical Lab he focuses on leading his team in proactive, timely communication and excellent customer service.
